MediaTech

The mediatech project at Trinity brings together techies and artists from a variety of fields and disciplines, to explore the potentials created by the new digital landscape. Mediatech also provides a committee for the management of Trinity's media resources.

A studio focused version of the popular ubuntu operating system
Studio 64
A debian-based studio-focused distro. Originally designed for 64-bit machines, it now has a 32-bit version too.

No not the middle-of-the-road comedian, but the core of most linux based audio manipulation.

BBC Innovation Labs
The BBC Innovation Labs is a pilot project to develop innovative new products and services with independent New Media companies from across the UK.
SPC
SPC was established 1996 to support independently organised spaces, open access to network media and creative experimentation with technology, the hub around which some diverse energies and initiatives interconnect.
Deck Space
DECKSPACE is an SPC MediaLab in Borough Hall, Greenwich. A serious climb with prime views and an evolution of environment for tea drinkers node builders and code meddlers to relay power and light into public space fit for use.
Media For All
Media For All specialises in bringing high quality broadcast training to schools, colleges and community-based projects. We provide a multimedia service, which operate, during term time (after school) sand also providing Summer and Easter vacation media clubs.
Free Culture UK
Free Culture UK is a grassroots movement promoting an open, participatory culture. We believe that individuals and communities should be empowered to create, and that this can be done by legal, social and political means. We also oppose those who would restrict our creative freedom, whether by extending laws relating to copyright, repressing new technologies or promoting a closed, proprietary future for culture.
BBC Creative Archive
