The Anger Management course offers an interactive and study based sessions which is run at a pace to maintain interest.
We use the Co-Active method of Coaching – this is not counselling. Course includes:
- Anger management
- Communication
- Confidence building
- Interview skills

Times and days vary to suit needs.
These are free courses with lunch included.
Key Skills accreditation is available. This will involve some extra work and students will need to stay 30 minutes at the end of each day
You will receive an ASDAN Certificate. Prizes/vouchers are available for students who complete the course and do the key skills work.

The purpose of our Life Coaching course (not counselling) is to enable you to gain a greater understanding of yourself, of others and what we all commonly value
This course is also just as much about dealing with other people's aggressive behaviour. How do you react to shop staff, authority figures, partners, parents and siblings? Do you find you keep having the same problems but with different people?
Instead of judging yourself or others, try asking some questions - Do you:
- feel confused as to why this keeps happening?
- feel you have ever lost a relationship because of anger?
- regret the consequences of your anger?
- feel you have no support because of your anger?
- fly into a rage more than once every few weeks?
